Aurelia Menus

We serve lunch and dinner with a variety of daily specials. Our seafood is direct from the Fulton Fish Market in NYC.We source meat and poultry from Hudson Valley farms whenever possible. We make our own potato gnocchi, and ravioli. Fresh soup is available everyday for lunch and dinner, as are most of our appetizers- from house-made hummus with warm, crispy pita bread and fresh mussels with chorizo and white wine, to a number of seasonal salads such as our well-known and delicious raw kale salad with pinenuts and currants, marinated beets with goat cheese and pistachios, and grilled shrimp with avocado, corn, roasted red peppers, and artichokes. For lunch, try one of our perfectly cooked Angus beef hamburgers, served on a house-baked bun alongside our hand-cut, herbed fries, or one of our delicious BLTs, panini or wraps. For dinner, enjoy a number of seasonal entrées, such as pan-roasted chicken breast with farro, roasted cauliflower& mushrooms, Seared salmon with herbed chick pea mash & sautéed broccolini; and Bistro Filet with brussel sprouts & potato-onion hash, as well as several vegetarian options. Tiramisu, gelato and sorbet, chocolate mousse, pannacotta, and espresso make for an excellent end to your meal. We're proud to include many items from our own garden and from local farmers. Menus change seasonally.
